The claims integrity and execution layer

Until today, motor claims in the UAE had no dedicated, independent infrastructure. Insurers managed claims alongside dozens of other priorities, workshops operated without standardized quality benchmarks, and repair cost data stayed siloed inside individual companies with no market-wide reference point. The pressure on all sides to control costs, maintain margins, and deliver service was real, but the tools to manage those competing demands in a coordinated way did not exist.
Axxion was founded to build that missing layer.
Being the UAE's first dedicated motor claims TPA, Axxion manages the full claims lifecycle for insurance partners, from first notification of loss through repair coordination, quality control, and settlement. The model is not a technology platform sold to insurers. It is an operating partner with people on the ground, in the workshops, taking responsibility for cost, quality, and speed. The principle behind the operation is straightforward: when claims cost is visible, controlled, and auditable, everyone benefits. Insurers get lower loss ratios and policyholders get faster, higher-quality repairs.
Workshops get fair, consistent pricing. Regulators get the compliance trail they require. Every repair in the Axxion network is benchmarked against market cost data, inspected against defined quality standards, and documented with a full audit trail. Costs are validated before approval, not reviewed after payment. In a market where the difference between a well-managed motor book and an average one is measured in points on the expense ratio, that level of control matters.|
The company is backed by a Group with four decades of automotive services experience across the Middle East, over 4,000 employees, and deep expertise in vehicle repair, parts supply, and vehicle data. That operational backbone makes Axxion's model possible at scale. The claims platform combines that industry heritage with AI-driven cost analytics, fraud pattern detection, and real-time repair tracking. Technology supports the operation. It does not replace the people who run it. Every insurer partner has a named claims team, not a support ticket queue.
Headquartered in Dubai, Axxion serves the UAE market with planned expansion across the Gulf region.

Most motor claims still move through phone calls, disconnected spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups. The fix is not more people. it is a process that makes every step visible.

Part of the Skelmore Group
Axxion is part of the Skelmore Group, a diversified automotive and services group operating across the Middle East for over four decades. The group employs more than 4,000 people across vehicle retail, repair, parts supply, and data services.
That operational foundation gives Axxion something a standalone entrant cannot replicate: deep relationships with workshops, parts suppliers, and insurers built over decades of doing business in the region.
The group's vehicle data and repair cost intelligence, accumulated across millions of transactions, feeds directly into Axxion's claims operation.
Repair cost benchmarking, parts pricing validation, and vehicle risk assessment all draw on proprietary data assets that have been the market reference for years. Axxion's cost controls are only as good as the data behind them, and that data has been tested in production, not built in a lab.
Axxion is the group's motor claims operating partner for insurers, combining the automotive heritage with purpose-built claims technology.
The group provides the industry knowledge, the supplier network, and the data.
Axxion provides the claims platform, the governance framework, and the insurer relationship. The result is an operation that launched at scale rather than growing into it.

People first, AI second
Axxion is an insurance operations company that uses AI, not an AI company that happens to do insurance. The technology makes the team faster, more consistent, and more accountable. But the expertise, judgement, and relationships that make the operation work come from the people.
How Axxion works
The team is small and deliberately so. Everyone operates across functions, decisions are made quickly, and opinions are expected alongside data. The culture rewards people who want to build something real in a market that needs it, not people who want a title and a defined lane.
AI runs through everything Axxion builds: claims triage, damage assessment, cost benchmarking, anomaly detection, reporting. But the system is designed so that AI assists human operators, not the other way around. The team members who manage claims, coordinate repairs, and engage with insurers are the product. The technology is the infrastructure that makes their work scalable.
Open positions
Axxion is growing. As the insurer partnerships expand and the repair network scales, new roles will open across claims operations, technology, and business development.
